About Return to Rhythm
A nature-rooted healing practice guided by Ayurveda, yoga, body awareness, and the wisdom of seasonal living.
THE PRACTICE
A practice rooted in nature and inner balance
Return to Rhythm was created as a space for remembering what the body already knows. Through Ayurveda, yoga, bodywork, and connection with the natural world, the practice supports people in listening more deeply to their bodies, understanding their patterns, and restoring a sense of rhythm in daily life.

MY JOURNEY
A path into Ayurveda
My path into Ayurveda began through my own search for healing.
For years, I was fascinated by what helps people feel truly well—not just free from symptoms, but deeply connected to themselves, their communities, and the natural world. Along the way, I explored many approaches to health and personal growth, eventually finding a home in Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine that teaches us to live in harmony with our unique nature and the rhythms of life.
I am currently completing my training as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor through the California College of Ayurveda. My studies are complemented by a longstanding passion for herbalism, and I continue to deepen my understanding of how plants, nourishment, daily rhythms, and connection to nature support health and vitality.
Before entering the world of Ayurveda, I spent over a decade guiding and educating people throughout Alaska's wild landscapes. Those years taught me that nature is often one of our greatest teachers. Whether on a mountain trail, beside a glacial river, or in the quiet moments of daily life, I witnessed how people begin to heal when they slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
Living and working in Alaska has continually reinforced one of Ayurveda's core teachings: that health emerges when we learn to live in relationship with the natural world rather than in opposition to it. The mountains, seasons, and rhythms of this place continue to shape both my personal life and my approach to healing. They remind me that balance is not something we force—it is something we cultivate through awareness, presence, and connection.
Today, I bring that same spirit into my practice.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique constitution, challenges, and goals. Together, we explore practical and sustainable changes in food, lifestyle, daily routines, and self-care practices that support lasting balance and vitality.
My intention is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you cultivate a deeper relationship with your body, your inner wisdom, and the natural rhythms that support health.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, reconnecting with your innate wisdom, and returning to a way of living that feels aligned, nourishing, and sustainable.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
PHILOSOPHY
We are nature
At the heart of Ayurveda is the understanding that we are deeply connected to nature. The seasons, elements, moon cycles, mountains, plants, and daily rhythms all reflect patterns within us. Healing begins when we slow down enough to notice where we have moved out of alignment and gently return to balance.nd edit me. It's easy.
APPROACH
Gentle, practical, and deeply personal
The approach at Return to Rhythm is not about quick fixes. It is about awareness, relationship, and sustainable change. Each session is designed to support clarity, nervous system regulation, lifestyle alignment, and a deeper connection with your own health over time.
